Assembly Elections 2023 Highlights: Congress can only think of dynastic politics, corruption, says PM

November 21,2023

Rajasthan Assembly Elections 2023 Highlights: Prime Minister Narendra Modi  said the Congress government in Rajasthan cannot think of anything except appeasement politics and wants to eradicate sanatan dharma. Ahead of the November 25 assembly polls in Rajasthan, he addressed rallies in Pali district and in Pilibanga in Hanumangarh district on November 20. At the election rally in Pali district, he asserted that Rajasthan needs a government which gives top priority to development, whereas for the Congress there is nothing more important than corruption and dynastic politics. "Congress has made Rajasthan number one in crimes against women. The CM says that the complaints filed by the women are fake. Can it ever happen that a woman in our country files a fake case? The CM should say that a probe is underway, and not that the cases filed are fake. Isn't this an insult to women," said Modi. He said Rajasthan's neighboring states Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat have BJP governments, where petrol is available at Rs 97 per litre. "But the Congress government of Rajasthan sells petrol 12 rupees more expensive than these states. Today I guarantee Rajasthan that the prices of petrol and diesel will be reviewed after the formation of the BJP government here after December 3," he said.
