Adani Enterprises Limited, the flagship company of Adani Group, has announced the issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs). . The base size issue is Rs 400 crore, with an option to retain over-subscription up to an additional Rs 400 crore (“Green Shoe Option”) aggregating up to Rs 800 crore (“Issue” or “Issue Size”). The Issue will open on September 04, 2024, and close on September 17, 2024, with an option of early closure or extension.

"...the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Management Committee”) at its meeting held on August 27, 2024 has inter alia approved and adopted the prospectus (“Prospectus”) with respect to public issue of up to 80,00,000 secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non – convertible debentures of face value of ₹ 1,000 each , amounting to ₹400 crore with an option to retain over-subscription up to ₹400 crore aggregating up to ₹800 crore," Adani Enterprises Limited informed in a filing.
