DPS Lava Nagpur's Inter-School Courtroom Simulation Event Adaalat 3.0 Concludes with Great Success

500+ students from across Vidarbha embraced roles as lawyers, judges, and witnesses, gaining hands-on experience in legal and civic processes~
Lava Nagpur, August 2025- Delhi Public School, Lava, Nagpur, recently hosted the third edition of its flagship inter-school courtroom simulation event, Adaalat 3.0 on the 2nd and 3rd of August 2025. This dynamic platform aimed to foster critical thinking, collaboration, and civic awareness among students by immersing them in the thrilling world of law and justice.
With the objective of enabling students to evolve and discover, Adaalat 3.0 brought together 500-plus young minds from schools across Vidarbha, allowing them to step into roles such as lawyers, judges, witnesses and active members of society. Each participant engaged with complex legal cases, demonstrating their analytical skills, logical reasoning and oratory abilities.
The event was honoured by the presence of Prof. (Dr.) Sukhvinder Singh Dari, a distinguished academician and legal expert, currently serves as the Director of Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur. As the Chief Guest, Dr. Dari shared insightful thoughts on the concept of justice as a state of mind. He also narrated a compelling real-life story of a boy who was rescued from working at a tea stall and went on to become a prominent lawyer. In his address, Dr. Dari commended the school’s efforts to connect academic learning with practical legal exposure, encouraging students to uphold the values of truth and justice. Principal Dr Anupama Sagdeo spoke about the array of leadership training programs for students of DPS Lava, Adaalat being one such endeavour.
Students of DPS Lava also showcased a mesmerizing dance depicting Karna’s life story at the inaugural ceremony.
Over two action-packed days, the committees deliberated rigorously, and the top two performers from each were felicitated with trophies and certificates of appreciation. The Overall Championship Trophy for the highest number of participants was awarded to School of Scholars, Amravati, by principal Dr Anupama Sagdeo and vice principal Mr. Atul Deo in recognition of their commendable performance and enthusiastic participation. The culminating event featured a dynamic musical performance by our student Rugved and school alumnus Naman Jain, whose electrifying band set the perfect tone for a memorable conclusion to the event.
Adaalat 3.0 not only equipped participants with 21st-century skills but also provided a platform for experiential learning, leadership development, and real-world application of legal and civic knowledge. The event truly reflected the school’s commitment to creating responsible, articulate, and future-ready citizens.
