Rammu Agrawal’s R Sandesh Group Marks Realty Milestone, Launches Major Film Project with RTake Studios

R Sandesh Group, one of Central India’s leading real estate and media conglomerates founded by visionary entrepreneur Ramdeo (Rammu) Agrawal and Dilip Agrawal, has kicked off the year on a powerful note with the successful delivery of its premium gated community project. Building on this momentum, the group’s sister concern, RTake Studios, founded by his daughter Shraddha Agrawal, marked another significant milestone with the launch of its ambitious new film project, tentatively titled D55, with a grand pooja ceremony held in Chennai.

Founder Rammu Agrawal was present at the auspicious ceremony alongside leading stars Dhanush, Sreeleela, Sai Pallavi, and director Rajkumar Periasamy, symbolizing the group’s growing footprint across industries. The ceremony officially marked the commencement of shooting.

The film is produced by RTake Studios in association with mediapreneur Azmat Jagmag and Wunderbar Films’ Sreyas Srinivasan, and co-produced by Vishwanathan Ramaswamy and Sandesh Agrawal. With several projects currently in development, RTake Studios continues to expand its creative slate, further strengthening R Sandesh Group’s evolving presence in the entertainment sector alongside its strong real estate legacy.
