The property located in underworld don Dawood Ibrahim's Bhendi Bazaar was auctioned on Thursday. The Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust (SBUT) has bought the property for Rs 3.51 crore. It is worth noting that under the Safema Act under the Ministry of Finance, the auction of Dawood's Amina Mansion was started at Wolf Market.

Two applicants participated in this auction. These include SBUT and Bhupendra Bharadwaj's name. All the Indian General Assembly withdrew the name from the auction on the spot. The original amount of property was kept at 79 lakh rupees in the auction. Delhi's lawyer Bhupendra had filled the amount of Rs 1.91 crore for the property, whereas SBUT Trust had quoted Rs 3.51 crore.

On Thursday morning, at 10 am, Amena Mention located in Bhendi Bazaar was given to the SBU Trust. The All India Hindu Mahasabha wanted to convert the property of Dawood into a public toilet by buying it in the auction, but in the last time, the above institution could not participate in the auction due to non-submission of the amount of Rs.25 lakhs of e-tendering.
