'Animal' to 'Ramayana': Ranbir Kapoor's trainer shares 3-year transformation

April 26,2024

Ranbir Kapoor is currently focused on achieving his fitness goals for his upcoming film 'Ramayana'. After his viral video from a workout session, his personal trainer shared the actor's remarkable transformation over the past three years, from his role in 'Animal' to the upcoming 'Ramayana.'

On April 24, Ranbir's trainer Shivoham shared a post on Instagram, depicting the actor's physical transformation. The first picture showed him in his well-known muscular appearance from 'Animal,' released last year.

The second picture depicted a standard Ranbir, poised to commence his transformation. Finally, the third image showcased his current physique—a sculpted body, likely portraying his role as Rama in the forthcoming mythological epic.

In the caption, Shivoham stated, "It was a beautiful journey and I wish you #ranbirkapoor all the best for the next blockbuster success #ramayana."

The film, which would have Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi in the lead as Lord Ram and Sita, went on floor in April.

Earlier, the first two days of the 'Ramayana' shoot were stressful for the makers after pictures of actors in costume with hair and makeup were leaked. Sources tell India Today that director Nitesh Tiwari is very upset with the photos coming out. Hence, a strict no-phone policy has been imposed on the set. IndiaToday.In has learnt that Tiwari and his team have also instructed extra staff and crew to be off the set when the shoot starts. Only actors and technicians required for the scene have been asked to be on set and everyone else has been denied permission for access.
